 HOW LONG DO YOUR BALLOONS LAST?

Our balloons last between 7-10 days, although they have been known to last upto weeks/months.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BALLOONS?

Once your package arrives, please do not open the box with a sharp object as this may pop the balloon. Store your balloons at room temperature and away from anything hot, cold and sharp. Please ensure your balloons are not given to children and pets to play with, as this may pop/deflate the balloon quicker.

I HAVE RECEIVED MY BALLOONS, BUT IT HAS POPPED?

Due to the nature of our products, they may get damaged during transit, although this happens very rarely. When your balloons arrive, please open the box straight away to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you notice anything wrong, please contact us straight away for a replacement to be sent out.  No refunds will be given after 24 hours, once balloons have been delivered.

I NEED A BALLOON URGENTLY, CAN YOU HELP?

Our team are always working extremely hard behind the scenes to fulfill any last minute requests. If ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri, we can despatch on the same day, otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. We also offer same day delivery/collection within a 30 mile radius from LA1. (Subject to availability)

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our balloons will be despatched via Royal Mail. We offer the following options;

1. First Class (1-2 working days) - £6

2. Special Next Day Guaranteed - £9

3. Saturday Guaranteed Delivery - £13

During peak times delays may occur, please ensure you order 1/2 days in advance before required date to avoid any disappointments.

Our bigger parcels will be despatched via DPD.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

No changes or cancellations can be made to any existing personalised order. Please double check all spelling/grammar before placing your orders.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can contact us within two hours of placing your order to change your delivery address.

​

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We do not accept returns on any personalised/non personalised items, unless faulty.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our balloons, we cannot ship internationally. However, we can deliver all our products nationwide.
